Soft and Sweet

"I live in my own little world.
But it's okay, they know me here."
                   ~Lauren Myracle

It was the May long weekend this past weekend but I was so busy that I didn't have any time to relax and really enjoy it! - so today I have carved out some time to spend taking pictures and de-stressing. It's amazing how many small and simple things can bring me pleasure. The fact that it was warm and sunny enough that I could take a little walk made me near giddy! Perhaps it is finally time for Spring! I even had some time to make two lace gillyflowers for the shop! Be sure to take a peek at them and the few other treasures I listed there. These photos are of a little vignette I set up on the coffee table with a new little tea tray of mine. I purchased it black and painted it a shabby cream colour. Happy Spring!

  7. I always enjoy looking at your lovely things & your Etsy shop. I wanted to comment - the beautiful spoon in your shop is called a "sugar shell." We had one similar when I was at home growing up.
