spiritual and timeless."

My February tea party was so successful that I decided it would be a good idea to have another one for Easter! (Actually my family said they would like another one so they could have more goodies :). I found the prettiest tulips I have ever seen the morning of the party having looked everywhere. Apparently nobody had their tulips ready until the day before Good Friday which was too late! These tulips though are so beautiful I am glad I didn't find any before them. I made little Easter basket party favours and spent most of my preparation time searching out the best chocolates to fill them with. The party was a huge success and my sister has now requested an Alice in Wonderland tea party for her birthday in May so it seems that tea parties are going to become a monthly affair! I'm not complaining :) I hope that everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend!
I wrapped my garland around the chandelier and it looking so pretty!
My fairy dresses hanging from the mirror.
We had mini chocolate pavlovas with raspberries and whipping cream. One of my favourites!
We even had a little pixie come to the party!
I am sharing with:
Beautiful. Happy Easter.

ReplyDeleteI wasn't aware of a dessert named after Anna Pavlova. Thanks to you, I do now.
Just for an afternoon, you created another (gentler) time for your guests. How very sweet.
