"What is it like?"..."It is the sun
shining on the rain and the rain
falling on the sunshine..."

The Secret Garden
I can't properly express how much I am longing for spring. Last week was a week of grey days - grey skys, grey roads, snow, and shivers. A friend brought over some lovely little roses but they only lasted a day. Luckily I whipped out my camera right away and even though they are a little droopy in the pictures they still look soft and colourful. The weather man says that the sun will come out tomorrow...I hope that he is right! How do you keep the winter doldrums away? (And if you live in a perpetual summer country lie to me :)
I am sharing with:
Your roses are just stunning, and so are your handmade ones to.

Your home is so pretty! Every post is a real treat. It's been cool here in Utah, but not horribly so. I am hoping for warmer days really soon for you and for me!
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely pictures! Love the pinks and whites. there's snow and rain and cold here. It's been one long winter. Thankfully I love tea and books, so I do okay. but everyone is pining for spring. I'm popping over to check out your shop!
