   I have finally managed to take some pictures of my Christmas tree! We have had so much bad weather lately that there's been almost no light in my house to take pictures. The temperatures have been very, very cold (-35 with the wind chill) and there has been so much snow! I managed it though and here they are! Our tree is all shimmery gold, cream, pale ivory, and pearl. I love it - especially at night time when the ornaments glisten in the candlelight. I love to sit with a cup of peppermint tea and gaze at it. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and that you are enjoying the Christmas season!

    Everything has been so busy lately I didn't think I would have time to list these few new things but yesterday there was a huge snow storm and the roads were dangerous so I stayed home and got everything ready for the shop! It was quite cozy inside with the snow blowing furiously against the windows and rattling in the chimney. Does everyone have their Christmas trees up yet? I love browsing through my favourite blogs to see all of the pretty Christmas decorations! Pinterest has become an addiction. :) When the sun comes out again I will take more pictures of my decorations to share with you but for now here is a preview of the new treasures in my SHOP! Christmas Beginnings

    December 1st!! Now I can post about Christmas and no one will think that I am premature! My house has been decorated for almost two weeks now. I am excited to finally begin sharing pictures - just a few at first but there will definitely be more! What are your plans to get in the spirit this year?
